About Next of Kin Collective

Next of Kin Collective is a curated vintage and home goods shop offering antique, vintage, handmade, and one-of-one pieces. Many items have lived previous lives and may show signs of age, wear, patina, or handmade variation. That is part of their character, and often the whole point.

Product Descriptions & Condition

We do our best to photograph and describe each item clearly, including visible wear, imperfections, measurements, materials, and condition notes when applicable.

Because many of our pieces are vintage, antique, handmade, or one-of-one, minor signs of age may be present. These may include surface wear, patina, crazing, small marks, color variation, finish loss, or other age-related character.

Please review all photos, descriptions, dimensions, and condition notes before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because our inventory is limited and often one-of-a-kind, each purchase removes that piece from availability. Please choose carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing, product details, or availability at any time.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Items are only secured once checkout is complete and payment has been processed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and any available payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store full payment card information.

Your order will not be fulfilled until payment has been successfully completed.

Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, timelines, and available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the item, packing requirements, carrier availability, or whether an item requires special handling.

We take care in packing each order, especially fragile vintage pieces. However, shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Next of Kin Collective is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. We are happy to provide any available order details to help with a carrier claim.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the shipping label

• A brief description of the damage

Please keep the item and all original packaging until the issue is resolved. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, pickup details will be provided at checkout or by email. Orders selected for local pickup must be collected within the arranged timeframe unless otherwise agreed.

Use of Our Website

By using this website, you agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit access to our website at our discretion.
