Vintage French Desvres Double Condiment Pot
Double the charm. This vintage French faience piece features two connected round vessels joined by a looping handle. Hand-painted florals in raspberry, cobalt, green, and yellow bring a cheerful burst of color to the creamy ground, finished with softly sponged blue borders.
Traditionally used to serve salt, pepper, mustard, or other table condiments, it would be equally lovely holding sugar packets, small utensils, matches, or tiny plants. Marked “Desvres France — Hand Painted” on the underside.
Vintage condition with crazing, interior discoloration, surface wear, and other signs of age. These imperfections are visible in the photographs and add to its timeworn French character.
